LumenMeter is a reflected-light meter for film photography, made by an independent developer.

Where is my reading log stored? Locally on your device only — LumenMeter doesn't sync or upload your data anywhere.
Why does the app need my location? To tag each reading with where it was taken, for reference during post-development review. You can decline location access and still use the meter.
How do I track a whole roll? Start a roll from the roll picker to generate a QR code for it — every reading you take while that roll is active gets tagged to it automatically.
